The problem
Capable people are invisible to the people who need their work. Skills go unrecorded, evidence goes unverified, and opportunities are scattered, unverified or fake.
What we measure
Not sign-ups. The chain from profile to verified income: passport verification, pathway readiness, verified matches, applications, selection, work, and confirmed earnings.
How we stay honest
Every claim shows how it was verified. Anything sourced elsewhere shows where it came from and when. Test data never appears to a real user, and a connection that is not live says so.
